"I very seldom write reviews for services I receive from contractors; however, my recent experience with ACCO Home Improvement was exceptional. I was referred to ACCO by a friend when I was looking for someone to replace my windows and patio door. The work was completed this week and I couldn’t be happier. Russ and Terry did an outstanding job and their attention to detail was phenomenal. If you’re considering window replacements, forget the offers that promise a free window for each one you buy, etc. because you will pay more in labor costs. I was astounded at the price quote I received from Russ for triple-paned, argon gas-filled windows and the quality of the windows and patio door was exceptional. The work was completed on time and the cleanup was great. Thanks ACCO for the outstanding work."

"Russ and his crew have completed several projects on my house. Everything is spectacular! They have done my kitchen, windows, replaced doors, siding, roof, gutters, hardwood floors in my kitchen, and main bathroom. My house was built in the early 50’s, so there were several challenges that had to be overcome along the way. Russ always has a smile and keeps the work area neat and clean. He not only works with you to make sure that the work is exactly what you want, but also minimizes the inconveniences in living in a house that is having major renovations. I only have one full bathroom in the house and the work that was being done on the bath was a complete gut and reconfiguration that included expanding into an adjacent room. Russ worked it out so that the bathroom was worked on during a vacation and then made available for showering upon our return so that we would not be without a shower while the bathroom was finished. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I certainly would!!"

"I seldom write reviews for anything or anyone, but this company is the exception to my rule. Their services I receive from them was excellent. Had them replace all my windows and the patio door. Russ and Terry did an excellent job and their attention to detail was phenomenal. There were some parts missing from the patio door kit, but that was not on them, but they did get the parts and can back to finish the work. They also replaced some damaged vinyl siding which was hard to match at first, but they took the time to find the correct pattern and color to match. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I will be having they back in the future to do additional projects."
